The hot water and the comfortable bed were the only good things about this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to the main attractions and there were many places to eat around.
The staff was rude and not helpful at all. The room was dirty and the towels were old and stained.

Our room was comfortable and clean, with a bathroom that was spacious and well-maintained. the breakfast was diverse and delicious, and we enjoyed the many facilities that the hotel had to offer, such as the fitness center and pool.
It would have been nice if there were more options for dining within the hotel.

During my recent business trip to Krasnodar, I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. the location was perfect as it was close to the city center and key tourist attractions. the staff were very helpful and always eager to assist with any queries that I had. They were also friendly and provided me with great recommendations on things to do in the city. the room was clean and well-maintained which made my stay comfortable. the hotel offered complimentary breakfast which was a great start to my day.
Although I was able to connect to the Wi-Fi, the speed was slow and inconsistent at times.
